Responsibilities to ensure contractors met with Hatch standards and compliance with BHPB, conduct induction, compliance audits, site supervision, contractor supervision, compliance audits, represent hatch at various site meetings, maintain logs and register and rosters. Managed site in Site Managers absence. Conduct Incident investigation using the ICAM mythology. Administer the reward and recognition program. Established and maintain the initial site QA system both for BHPB and Hatch.

Safety Coordinator, Rail Infrastructure, Electrical Signalling. Maintained a staff of four Safety Advisors and one Trainer. Responsible for the installation of rail signalling and signalling equipment from Port Hedland to Newman. Working under Calibre as EPCM. Incident investigation, KPI’s various management meetings for the project both internal and with the EPCM, organised and managed the establishment of a Trainer and training for the project.Duties consistent with managing a department.

Acting Safety Manager /Trainer Pluto B, WA, LPG Train, Construction Electrical Terminations. Supervised five Safety Advisors and one Trainer, supervising some 250 electrical personnel for the installation of switch rooms and associated cable termination thought the plant. Maintain the reward and recognition data for EPCM. This was a Worley Parsons project. Review documentation required for the EPCM, incident investigation (Taproot), roster, toolbox talks, attend pre-starts. Duties consistent with managing a department

Safety/ Coordinator RVL, Robina completion works Safety/Training Coordinator (Mackay until Oct09) Responsible for multi-isolated sites working on coal haulage infrastructure, delivering auto transformer and feeder stations (electrical), works include but not limited to civil works, general construction, aerials to HV terminations. .Greenfeild site to hand over including testing and commissioning of HV.(5 sites) whilst work on or near a live rail network. I was also accredited to conduct QR rail induction for Queensland. Maintain staff moral whilst working in isolated location, with various rewards.
