I manage a team of data analysts who primarily serve the FP&A and Operations teams. Whenever these teams need data that isn't already available through the company's standard Tableau reporting, we help close that gap by writing queries to pull raw data, and then transforming, aggregating, and visualizing the data in an easy-to-understand format. The end result may take the form of data tables, charts, or even interactive maps (via Leaflet) or dashboards (via Tableau).For reports that need to be run regularly, we automate these tasks using R or Python scripts, plus GCP and Apache Airflow.
