Being a quality control manager has strengthen my customer service and interpersonal skills. I thrive at being analytical, observational, and critical thinking and using those qualities to problem solve. I enjoy being faced with challenges and learning new things. I've excelled in multiple career fields including sales, education, and custodial/facilities. I'm currently enrolled in additional schooling to receive my Google IT Support Certificate. I love challenges and am always looking to improve not only myself but whatever project or task I'm assigned to. The combination of my customer service skills, public relations, leadership skills, and current IT progress makes me a well rounded asset for a variety of needs.
