• Architect the infrastructure of the IBM Endpoint Manager (BigFix) system to incorporate new modules and functionality (i.e. IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote Control, Software Usage Analysis, Security and Compliance.
• Manage the IBM Endpoint Manager (BigFix) system including patching servers and assisting with training new console users.
• Manage the CommVault backups, improve performance of backups, and architect a new backup setup to take advantage of new hardware and licenses. Manage Quantum Scalar i500 for storage of backups on tape and an HP Tape.
• Design a new imaging system using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to deploy a universal image of Windows 7/Server 2008R2 to new hardware for rapid deployment.
• Build and Manage Mac Servers for management of Mac Workstations.
• Manage Group Policy Objects for workstations and servers.

• Provide desk-side support for customers using both Mac OS X and PCs running Windows XP.
• Working on testing Windows 7 in the enterprise and plan for migrating Windows 7.
