* BU head of Graphics GPU line, responsible for BU P&L and product development. I reshaped BU product strategies and successfully turned around BU from declining business to 80% YoY growth in 4 years. * Manage ~50 people team including ASIC(DE/DV), SW R&D (Win, macOS, Linux, FW, Android), SW QA, Marketing and AE. Drive team leaders to deliver on time and provide guidance to improve execution efficiency. * Define market and product directions. Make final decisions for GPU product plans. Grow business in different market segments and has strong exposure in Enterprise, SMB, Server, Industrial, Automotive and Consumer electronics markets. * Worked with worldwide sales and FAE to secure 15 design-wins in one year. I interface with tier-1 customer directly and have excellent skill to promote and convince customers to start design ins. Also formed OEM/ODM strategic alliances to drive market adoption.

* Very high visible product manager defining next gen 16nm 6.4Tb/s data center cloud Switch and PHY ASIC to support high performance layer 1 to layer 4 networks. Defined product spec, ROI and feature sets including SDN P4 & NFV.* Strategically partnered with SDN software company to build Network OS and OpenFlow agent/controller.* Lead engineers to develop next gen 56Gb/s PAM4 SerDes with high strength, low power architecture. Review architecture proposals of ADC/ENOB/DFE/FFE and make final decisions. * Key role in IEEE standard body. Responsible for IP vendor relationships including SerDes, PCIe, TCAM and etc.

* Set technical directions and roadmap for Ethernet PHY and Automotive product lines. Coordinate 3-year product planning. Promoted lower latency/power, 1588 Precision timing and MACsec PHYs to Enterprise, Data Center & Service Provider customers. * Drive cross-functional engineer teams to deliver. Demonstrated leadership and improved engineering execution efficiency.* Focused on Industrial automation and expanded product lines to $200M+ annual revenue. Responsible for monthly demand analysis, revenue projection and ROI. Managed customer price negotiation and distributor margins.* Successfully brought four Switch ASIC programs to production. Program managed silicon throughout life span: from c-code, RTL, SV, DFT, layout, timing closure to tape-out and worked with operation for product qual (package design, ESD/ Latch-up test, Burn-in, ATE and signal integrity verification).* Coordinate across BU and IP team to finalize IP spec and track development progress, including 10G Serdes, PLLs, TCAM and SRAM memory.* Managed 12 design projects from top 5 customers. Worked on response to RFI/RFQ, defined project schedule with customer and ODM, meet with customer for presentations and track project status.

• Managed multiple product lines including Consumer & SMB wireless router/clients, VoIP, xDSL and Cable modems. • Created new Telco/MSO business for WAP and Cable Modems. Strategical partnership to bring in new technology to meet RFP requirements.• Coordinated with Sales and Marketing teams to push products through Retails, Channels and VAR/SI customers.

• Managed wireless 802.11g products include access point, Ethernet bridge and embedded module from design, BOM, certifications (FCC/IC/ WHQL/Wi-Fi) to production and achieved remarkable quantity of 30Ku per month.• Successfully lead engineers to implement SNMP, WPA security protocols in wireless router. Good at network protocols: TCP/IP, IPv6, NAT, VPN, IPSec, firewall, WPA, AES security and routing protocols.
