  Led a team of 8 trades people and 3 production operators that consistently met or exceeded production targets.Formulation of information including KPI’s, maintenance system statistics and budgetary reports, coordinate human resources, ensuring an effective match of specific personnel to individual tasks.Actively participate in site OHS&E policy through workforce safety contacts and chairing of maintenance department safety meetings.Oversee the generation of plans (long & short term) ensuring that all personnel have relevant training and certifications.
