• Regional Manager (Rio de Janeiro - RJ) - May/2017 – present • Regional Manager for Town Planning/Landscape (PDG Urbanismo) - Mar/2014 - May/2017• New Development Manager (Campinas – SP) - Jul/2013 - Mar/2014 Activities: ▪ Direct Report to the Regional unit executive; ▪ Leading and developing 30 talents in the business units;▪ Responsible for the planning and the strategic development and the business operation, involving active relationship in all projects and their respective partners and clients;▪ Head of the Town planning and land plot development team, managing 40 projects and their respective partners;▪ Development of projects in environmental management, infrastructure, product, approvals, sales, and marketing;▪ Responsible for the leadership in the real estate development, from the land purchase, product development, approval and licensing of the project in the competent bodies, marketing creation, sales strategy and launching.Main Achievements:▪ Responsible for the largest PDG regional - as a result of the company’s judicial reorganization, the type of complexity changed, the focus became to realize the cash focused on paying back more than 1 billion in stock and resuming work in 7 construction sites interrupted at a delicate moment of real estate market and country’s economy;▪ In this period land was acquired and plot areas were licensed totaling more than 1 billion PSV, and projects launched in 3 Brazilian states - totaling more BRZ 500 million in PSV - and 95% of sales in these projects;▪ Operational management, in the countryside of São Paulo, where strategic land plots were acquired for companies - with landbank reclassification and BRZ 300 million in sales of products in stock.
