Responsibilities:• Company officer on HOA boards• Coordinate with project manager’s, purchasing, legal department, property management companies and corporate staff• Review HOA documents for HOA board meetings• Set up HOA maintenance manuals for HOA communities• Attended older 2 to10 year community HOA board meetings• Position started to help prevent lawsuits, successful on 50 to 60% lawsuit reduction• Develop relationships with HOA property managers, community officers and committee members for better dialoged with issues• Attend board, corporate and staff meetings, also conventions and HOA community events• Quality Assurance walk of communities to stay in compliance of SB800 laws• Manage subcontractors for HOA community repairs and cost• Builder, HOA, City officials turnover walks developing punch list and following through with repairs• Customer service representative when needed• Scheduling airfare, lodging, meals and credit card expenses for travel
