I have an extensive history of providing and receiving “Capital Royalties” as high-yield mechanisms. I have use innovations in the structuring of capital royalties as incentives for a diversity of programs. In many cases, this economic technique has yielded more elevated rates of return in less time than equity positions. An important functional consideration for capital royalties is; they have far more transparency and ease of accountancy.
