This is increasingly necessary in an ever-evolving business landscape.I’ve had a primary executive role in creating “informational media” (InfoMedia) programs that have improved the quality of lives and respect for the environment in measurable ways. I’m active in other technologies, systems and products that benefit people and the environment.Currently, I’m involved in our next generation InfoMedia systems and InfoExpo services that have programs that reduce resource consumption and impact on the qualities of lives. These systems also have distinct advantages based on efficiencies from consolidated economics of scale and scope. I have an extensive history of providing and receiving “Capital Royalties” as high-yield mechanisms. I have use innovations in the structuring of capital royalties as incentives for a diversity of programs. In many cases, this economic technique has yielded more elevated rates of return in less time than equity positions. An important functional consideration for capital royalties is; they have far more transparency and ease of accountancy.
