I lead a team of software professionals developing and delivering products developed on the Eclipse RCP platform and node.js. I am leading the Agile development process, developing coding standards, and ensuring the quality of the delivered products,

I lead and manage a highly skilled team of software professionals serving NASA's Johnson Space Center. I am responsible for developing and managing budgets, writing proposals, extracting requirements, and overseeing development, delivery, and SQA. I was responsible for managing a prime contract with NASA's Johnson Space Center: the Engineering Directorate. I had 12 direct reports and 6 subcontractors, with a $1.65M annual budget. I led software development teams, wrote proposals, and managed customer contacts.

At S&K Electronics I was responsible for extracting requirements and developing an application called PREP for NASA. This was a graphical tool for developing system displays, driven by a database containing a model of the system being controlled. I was responsible for the database connectivity and an automated Verification and Validation tool that determined if the system display passed a series of qualifying tests.

At Peritus Software Services I was responsible for developing an application that would automatically remediate COBOL programs to remove unsafe date references, wrapping any unsafe reference in "windowing" logic. This application was an expert system primarily written in CLIPS.

At Vista Technologies I was a developer on the VHDL Assistant, a graphically-oriented tool for developing VHDL descriptions of computer hardware. This application was written in C and C++ for UNIX workstations running the X Windows System.
