I am university graduate in with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in accounting and currently an ongoing CPA student. Currently I am working with USAID's Malaria Actions Program for Districts as a Regional Finance Officer and have previously worked with National Water and Sewerage Corporation as an Accounts Officer and Uganda National Roads Authority in various positions and different offices including; Accounts Trainee in the Kampala Head Quarter office, Supplies officer in the Masindi Branch and Station Accountant in the Mpigi, Fortportal and Hoima branches. I also worked as a consultant with International Development Consultants. In these positions, I have gained experience in various areas of finance, operation and administration including; Preparation of financial statements, financial reporting and ensuring accountability and payments which were my major responsibilities as a station accountant with UNRA; Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliations which responsibilities I held at the UNRA headquarter as well as in work as a consultant at IDC. I also do have experience in the areas of budgeting and planning, stores management and have also has experience with management of external and internal audit processes. I do have excellent computer skills and well versed with Microsoft office mainly Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power point and MS Access. I can also use some accounting packages mainly the Pastel and Tally and can easily learn any tailored accounting software within two weeks of interface.With my knowledge and experience, I can comfortably handle the challenges of an Accounts position and pledge to render a dedicated and quality service to the satifcation of any organization
