Starting my work experience in various Customer Service roles, I moved into IT in 2012. After working various short term IT roles to gain experience, I moved to 2gether NHS Foundation Trust in 2013 to support their VoIP telephony system. Through gained experience, and stepping up in various areas, I moved from performing telephony support, to managing various IT related projects & acting as telephony lead for our Trust.
