I have been published by HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster and Akashic Books. Four of my full-length plays were produced Off-off Broadway, and are now published together as East Village Tetralogy. I wrote the screenplay for one of my books, and my third book, Dogrun, was made into a major motion picture, directed by Anthony Edwards, and starring Heather Graham and Gina Gershon. My books have been translated into a half a dozen languages. My short stories, essays, poems and reviews have appeared in various books, magazines and journals.
