These self-assessments will be taken by helth area professionals, mostly infection preventionists in the smaller hospitals. The application will provide a scoring feedback pointing to the area in which these professionals need training. We had 5 months to deliver a functional first version to the client, and it was a success, the project is still in development and I can say for sure that is not a simple application anymore.Daily tasks: Besides doing the code reviews and demos with the other developers to make sure that we keep using the right patterns and practices, and to make sure that we meet the story requirements, I prepare the user stories for the sprint planning, estimate every task, assign the tasks for the right developers, I help them with whatever technical or business-related difficulties they may have, and I also develop the most complex parts of the application myself.Achievements: To serve as a reference for the other developers, I was able to master a new framework real fast without any time for training, also I'm leading a multicultural team from different countries without any difficulty related to timezone, language, or culture.

This ERP takes care of the whole process of the coatings side of a multi-national Industrial Machinery Manufacturing from the first contact with the client through budget estimative, working order, delivery, and invoicing.Daily tasks: I was also doing the code reviews, but only in the Front-end code, and demos with the other developers to make sure that we keep using the right patterns and practices, and to make sure that we meet the story requirements. I use to help the other developers with whatever technical or business-related difficulties they may have, and I also developed the most complex parts of the application myself.Achievements: I developed the front-end part of the proof of concept that was approved by the client all by myself, and the code that I did in this POC contained all the authentication and security parts and also some examples pages that helped accelerate the development process of the application. I also participated in the requirements gathering with the client for the first time and could add value to the meetings.
