Meet with 200+ entrepreneurs annually for initial consultations and constructively challenge customer assumptions, provide feedback on product development roadmaps, make connections with investors, mentors, and experts, and triage them into our various programs.Perform the role of Business Analyst for SaaS startups in our programs by demonstrating how to engage with stakeholders to craft stories/narratives around the user journey and how to translate these into actionable tasks for the development team.Used a Human-Centred Design approach to create and maintain CRM system that tracked and managed engagements with entrepreneurs, investors, and experts that was adopted company-wide and improved KPI reporting accuracy.Designed and launched a prototyping grant in collaboration with ACT Government and other stakeholders using Lean Startup principles and facilitated and managed the program over 2 years in which $1.5M was delivered to 50 innovative startups.

Organised and ran 3 startup accelerator cohorts over 3 years, successfully accelerating 16 companies and increasing the valuation of the portfolio of companies by $15M+.I have completed 2 major redesigns of the program since 2018, the most recent being in 2020 in response to the pressure of the pandemic on regular business.
