Extensive experience with all phases of civil litigation including pleading drafting, discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation for multiple Federal District Court systems, including the Eastern District of Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland. Also involved in drafting petitions for habeas corpus in the appellate stage of litigation. The specifics of my work include drafting complaints, initial disclosures, interrogatories, requests for productions of document, trial memorandum, motions for summary judgment, and a variety of other motions that come up in the course of litigation.
