"You have a profile that is too atypical", "You are lost in your orientation", "Are you sure you are on the right track?" ... These are some examples of reflections that I was confronted with and that could have been barriers in my choices, my desires, or my motivations, and yet it had the opposite effect. Yes, my profile is atypical because of my career path, first as a construction supervisor and then in communication and event management, a course that I am completing this year in M2 at EFAP Lyon. I have built up a solid background through my 6 years of study, in my internships, first as an assistant site manager, then as an assistant event manager in a large group. I have built a solid background of diverse skills. For me, having known different environments, different experiences, exchanged and worked with different people, different teams, all that was very formative. My skills and knowledge have been adapted, coupled, and today I can claim to be a future project manager with a real professional outlook. I still have a lot to learn but I already have a lot to contribute. So if you are looking for an atypical, motivated and passionate profile and if we share the same values, I would be delighted to join you!
