Institute of Plant Development and Reproduction (RDP).• Field of research: molecular biology (gene editing, RNAseq, PCR), plant physiology, evolutionary biology, microscopy.• Management: led a project to develop new molecular tools for studying plant development and evolution.• Experimental design: developed and optimize a protocol to image and quantify callose deposition at plasmodesmata in bryophytes. Successfully conducted gene editing in bryophytes to create lines that enable detailed study of auxin response.• Collaboration: collaborated with scientists from the Swedish University of Sciences and the University of Hokkaido, resulting in the publication of 2 peer-reviewed articles.

Nestlé R&D Center in Plant Sciences| Development of a high-throughput method for in vitro multiplication of cocoa trees |• Experimental design: utilized ImageJ software, an automated microscope, and a semi-automated pippetting system to optimize plant multiplication yields, directly supporting the International Cocoa Plan for sustainable cocoa production.• Statistical analyses: monitored callus development and applied complex statistical analyses to ensure accurate and reliable data interpretation.• Communication: presented research findings through poster and oral presentations, demonstrating the project's significance to both academic and industry audiences.
