Drove the global operational meetings to sustain incident visibility across all levels and assisting in the reduction of incidents and Proactive Alerts across all Corp Systems Products.• Managed Asset Protection projects to increase stability and asset visibility across approximately 1800 stores, distribution centers and HQ locations.• Owned the Asset Protection, HR and Stores vendor operational budget. Responsibilities included managing the budget (~ $3M) by forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual spend, creating purchase orders, partnering with vendors to understand delivery expectations.• Collaborated with Engineering, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to ensure vendor maintenance was being completed per the contractual agreement. Partnered with vendors to gather and analyze data regarding key hardware variables such as product lifecycle, failure rates, lead times, stocking levels and warranty information. • Created and maintained data visualization metrics using a 3rd party business intelligence tool (Domo) for all Corp Systems Product and Operation teams. Presented analytics from the Domo metrics to leadership. The data analysis was used to effectively manage approximately 161,000 devices in the Asset Protection organization.
