About Arthur Romero

Over 25 years experience in the transportation engineering industry of which over 18 of those are in management of the development of projects from project inception via corridor and alignment studies to their final designs. I take a pro-active approach, thinking outside of the box and try to implement new ideas and engage the ideas of the younger generation of engineers, knowing that they will eventually become leaders in the industry. I've been fortunate to be in an industry where I actually enjoy what I do and enjoy coming to work. I believe in developing our team members so that they can take what they learn and expand on it throughout their careers and continue to be successful. The coalescence of any team will have a direct impact on the quality of product it produces, and morale and energy of any team will have a direct impact on it's cohesiveness and subsequent coalescence. That is why I strive to create a great work environment where team members can engage each other to collect new ideas in the effort to execute any innovative ideas into projects.
