● As a small business owner, I can serve as an effective mentor for businesses in all stages of development. My experiences are predicated on drafting and executing business plans, maintaining financial accounts, operating in compliance with state and federal law, and administering human resources policies. ● As a small business advocate, my experience in small and large-scale network funding will assist in increasing eastern region competitiveness. During the post-9/11 recovery period, I co-founded civic associations that worked to fund and direct the redevelopment of business communities across Lower Manhattan. Including committees, boards, and other community organizations I have been part of, including on the board of the USA's largest BID the Alliance for Downtown New York their mission is to provide service, advocacy, research, and information to advance Lower Manhattan as a global model of a 21st century Central Business District for businesses, residents, and visitors. I have also been a mentor for the Monmouth County’s Small Business administration SCORE chapter, were I have had over 100 clients over the last 8 years. I also have worked with most of the elected officials in New Jersey and Monmouth County I feel that I would be a great Administrator for the eastern region, working with small and large business, promotion the , running events in turn making the eastern region one of the great regions in the USA Supporting the experience above, I can bring knowledge of real-estate purchase agreements, permitting processes, and regional market structures.
