As Operational Manager, I lead a team of 30 and managed up to 150 employees. I executed Pay Roll, constructed annual employee reviews and handled Production Planning. I also managed Inventory Control, and Receiving, plus organized all Warehouse Shipping. I thrived in this position and was told in my annual review, "the sky was the limit" regarding my leadership approach. In addition to these responsibilities, I implemented an Employee Referral Program to build a productive team environment; eliminating temp employees turn over, 40% temp service fee reduction, as well as producing an accurate customer order experience.
