As a business developer at Biose industrie, I am supporting our marketing & business intelligence efforts and contributing to data-driven decision-making. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, I gain valuable experience in analysing the market , understanding, client and competitor behaviour, and key performance indicators to inform strategic initiatives.My Key Responsibilities are :1. Business Intelligence:- Support business intelligence initiatives to extract and comprehend data for reporting purposes.- Contribute, develop and maintain a strong position among the different actors at Biose industry to assist in creating and updating business intelligence database and reports.- Assist with Business intelligence research.2. Data Analysis:- assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing marketing and business data.- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and trends.- Collaborate with senior colleagues to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.3. Marketing strategy and application:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email and scientific conference/ congress campaigns.- manage and drive subcontractors to support in these areas.- manage and drive conference producers.- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights for optimization.- Support the development of marketing materials.- Manage and drive the upgrade of Biose.com and assure website continuity.- Analyse, drive and promote strong attitudes towards SEO (search engine optimisation).4. Cross-functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with the business teams, including marketing, sales, and program management, to gather data and insights for holistic decision-making.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on marketing strategies and business intelligence findings.

Throughout my placement at biointelect, I carried out a wide range of tasks and had challenging responsibilities. This has enabled me to develop a range of essential skills, such as team collaboration, time management and problem solving, data analysis, in-depth research into imposed problems and further development of my IT skills such as salesforce and pack office management. I worked alongside talented and passionate people, who shared their knowledge and expertise with me throughout my experience. I also had the chance to take part in strategic meetings, which helped me to improve my communication skills and understand the global workings of a fast-growing company in the biopharmaceutical sector.Overall, my internship at BioIntelect has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
