Leader of the company's credit tools review project, focusing on small and medium clients.Main actions/deliverables:● Review of the company's credit policy for small and medium clients, which had not been updated for 5 years, making it clearer, more adjustable, and more consistent. Results:- Potential increase of 49% in the average credit limit of the customer portfolio;- Potential credit limit increase for 84% of customers (versus the previous policy).● Automation, and fault correction, of the credit analysis request process with a business partner. Results: - Potential revenue increase of more than R$ 8 million per month; - For up to 85% of analyzes, reduction in response time from 3.5 days to 5 minutes.

R&D Project BR-TUNING MIMO II - New Methods for Evaluation and Tuning of Decentralized ControllersThe project aims to develop and implement techniques of evaluation, identification of multivariable processes and tuning of decentralized PID controllers. Facilities and methodologies to perform robust tuning of several PID controllers simultaneously through open loop and closed loop tests will be incorporated into the software BR-Tuning MIMO, which is currently installed and in use in several units of the Petrobras.Activities:- Incorporation of examples related to the cascade, FeedForward and Override control structures in the software;- Study and implementation of different systems identification techniques in Matlab/Simulink.
