With a passion for marketing, I have always been driven by the idea of creating value by offering the right things to the right people in the right way. I emphasise the importance of practical experience alongside continuous theoretical learning. Having worked with various agencies that support the work of most marketing managers, I have learned their methods to the extent of being able to exclude them and coordinate most marketing tasks in-house.To date, I have rebranded a large company, led numerous marketing campaigns, conducted various procurements, led focus groups, done regular market research and product presentations, created websites, opened an e-commerce store and a small retail shop, planned and executed marketing strategies, and led different teams. I have written press releases, coordinated public relations strategies, given interviews and launched hundreds of products while working for Nõo Meat Factory and Bigbank. Hands-on experience across these roles has enriched my understanding of marketing from the grassroots level, providing a much broader range of experience than can be expressed solely through the years worked in the field.Within the last two years, I built a marketing team that no longer requires agency support. I have direct experience in media planning and campaign management. Unlike the average marketing manager, my aim is not to maximise the budget but to create the most efficient marketing strategies, aiming to maximise sales with minimal marketing investment.I am an excellent team player and an effective communicator with diverse groups of people. Based on various personality tests and my own experiences, I communicate in a straightforward manner, think quickly, and excel at negotiations as well as creating innovative solutions.
