In my youth I spent a number of years in lumber, construction as well as oil and gas. 2005 started my sales career. Up to this point I have achieved multiple location, district, regional and national awards in sales. As a manager I achieved beyond target growth in 5 locations and multiple capacities. My passion is coaching and training. For me there is more fulfillment in teaching a skill and seeing success than using the skill myself. Lastly I wholeheartedly partner with MamasforMamas and their nonprofit movement that started here in Kelowna. I found in sales I missed instant sense of fulfillment I got from construction. This was a way to get that and balance myself professionally. As it continued I found myself aligning more and more with their needs.
