I am Head of Development Management Northern Europe, leading the overall project management of developments for Prologis in the Benelux and responsible for the alignment of the project management teams in Benelux, Germany & Sweden. In this role, I oversee the realization of multiple logistics real estate projects from initiative to completion. I ensure that projects run efficiently, on time, to budget and against best quality. Maintaining good relationships with our clients and all other stakeholders throughout the project is of central importance to me. I enjoy challenging the team with combining individual strengths and creating a problem-solving mindset. My responsibilities include: Estimate & control construction cost; Lead design, permitting & re-zoning process; Managing team; Third party selection & contract negotiations; Maintain customer relationship.At Prologis I have gained development experience of over 800.000 square meters of logistics real estate.
