EventTrips all started as a student project back in 2004. As a huge football fan, our founder came up with the idea of creating an online one-stop shop to make it easy for his Dutch peers to book their ideal football trip abroad. By providing a full range of travel-related services centered around event tickets, from flights to accommodation, EventTrips grew to expand to 7 countries and is now adding new types of events to its roster.A new type of events is festivals where customized trips can be booked on the website www.festlane.com. I helped setting up this start up through creating partnerships with relevant customers in the festival industry like Time Warp, Ultra, ADE, Pinkpop & DGTL. In addition I managed the accounts, helped with marketing and provided customer care.
