As of June 24, 2024, Arthur “AJ” Meyer has joined Florida Lemark Corporation as Vice President with the focus on organizational and operational strategic growth. AJ brings a remarkable blend of experience and strategic vision to our organization, which will undoubtedly propel us forward in the South Florida construction market. Known for his leadership in construction and real estate development, AJ has a proven track record of, crafting comprehensive business strategies, and delivering exceptional value to clients. Before joining FLC, AJ was the Vice President of Project Development at ANF Group. During his tenure, AJ spearheaded significant growth, expanding their footprint throughout South Florida by 500% in six years and increasing profits by 20%. His career started at Florida International University (FIU), where he earned both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management. AJ also contributed significantly to Facchina Construction and Balfour Beatty Construction, notably increasing business volume from $50 million to over $200 million in just three years. Beyond his professional achievements, AJ is dedicated to the community. He has served as Chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Workforce Housing Committee and is involved with the Advisory Council at the Florida Housing Coalition, the FIU President’s Council, the Boy Scouts of America South Florida Council, the Urban Land Institute and The Alliance for Florida’s National Parks. AJ has been recognized for his leadership and contributions to our community, including being named one of ENR Southeast's 2023 Top Young Professionals and an honoree of the South Florida Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. Most importantly, AJ prides himself most on being a dedicated husband to Jackie and a loving father to Greyson and Kennedy.
