The partnership between IT People and Capgemini provided me with the valuable opportunity to work with Caixa Geral de Depósitos, a state-owned bank in Portugal. I was part of the squad responsible for implementing new features and handling support requests in the HelpDesk for the Internet Banking Empresas project, covering both desktop and app.Our team followed an Agile methodology, actively participating in the entire development process of the Internet Banking Empresas software (full-stack).The challenges encountered were notable, as this century-old bank has numerous employees and outsourced companies providing services, requiring interaction with different teams to achieve common goals. This dynamic called for effective communication and coordination skills, as seamless interaction between various sectors was essential for the project's success.

At Pitang, I had the enriching opportunity to work as an intern on the project for issuing invoices for Epson, using the Java language and the VRaptor framework.The challenges faced included adapting to the professional environment and the learning curve, as this was my first experience in an information technology company.
