Amaury Sport Organisation is a company that creates and organizes top-level international sporting events in accordance with the sporting values. It controls all of the business-related to organization, media and commercialization of sports competitions in-house. A.S.O. organises 70 events per year from the Tour de France to the Dakar, Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris and the Tour de France à la Voile, totalling 270 days of competition in 25 countries. A.S.O. is a subsidiary of the Amaury Group, a media and sport group that owns the French daily sports newspaper, L’Equipe.As part of the A.S.O.'s development projects, my main missions are related to:- New events creation and development: Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, Saudi Tour- Project management _ working with all the trades of the recently developed or acquired event - Sports, Marketing, 360 Communication, Sponsoring, TV Production and Distribution, Logistics, Legal, Finance - (Tour de France Shanghai Criterium, Tour de France Saitama Criterium, Tour of Oman)- Implementation of new development initiatives on some of A.S.O.'s historical events (Tour de France, Paris-Roubaix, Liège-Bastogne-Liège, etc.)- Ongoing projects coordination of the Cycling Strategy Committee- Relations with professional sports teams

Implementation of the general organization of professional cycling races (2016 European Championships, 2016 & 2017 Tour de Yorkshire, 2016 & 2017 Arctic Race of Norway).As part of these international events, my main missions are:Project Coordination:- Preparation of the event steering committees- Internal coordination related to the event organization- Relations with the customers, the institutional representatives, the external consultants, the co-organizers, the partners and the providers of the events- Organization of seminars gathering all the races stakeholders on A.S.O.'s events (Le Tour de France, Paris-Nice)- Formalization of documents required for the various projects management and delivery- Participation in the operational delivery of the projects- Realization of events reportingsField organization:- Organization of the event partners' reception- Coordination of the teams presentation ceremony- Management of the protocol ceremonies- Coordination of side events (village, advertising caravan ...)- General organization of the eventAfter the events:- Realization of the event debriefing- Identification and proposal of new ideas to improve the event- Budget preparation of the next edition
