Founded in 2005, as product of the lifelong musical experience of its founder. Based in Birmingham, Alabama the 30 plus Elements are among the most admired music ministry in the region. The choir travels anywhere its mission calls singing from a diverse repertoire of music: including standards, hymns, anthems, chorals, gospel classics, spirituals to contemporary works, arranged by Dr. Arthur D. Beard III.

Oversee and manage all music ministries of the church in consultation with the Pastor, including serving as the primary accompanist for Sunday Services and selecting songs. Recruit, direct, organize, empower, supervise soloists, musicians, choirs and ensembles by the integration of diverse, high-quality music for corporate worship.
