Founded in 2009, American Dog Rescue's mission is "NO HEALTHY DOG WITHOUT A HOME". American Dog Rescue has been active across the country and globally to assist dogs in need everywhere from funding single-saves to saving the lives of hundreds in a single project. Working with HSUS, Best Friends, PAWS, and with Humane Societies in numerous states and shelters across the country we seek to solve the pet overpopulation problem with innovative solutions and cooperation, improve animal welfare and educate the nation to evoke action and donations by individuals at all levels of commitment.

Since 2004, Arthur has served as the managing trustee of The Benjamin Family Foundation, AKA "The Butterfly Effect Foundation", a 501(c)3 private foundation which fosters the formation and growth of non-profits in education, breast cancer survivor support, and animal rescue & welfare. It supports other non-profits in their growth, gaining stability and independence, and furthering their work to accomplish their missions.

Arthur has chaired the Advisory Board for over 2 decades of growth. The Image Reborn Foundation supports thousands of breast cancer survivors through weekend and virtual retreats. The support communities created help theses woman fight & survive breast cancer with positive outlooks on life and helps supply them with information & solutions to their individual battles.

Arthur served on the bank board for over a decade and served on all committees and chaired all but the audit committee.

From its consolidation in late 2008, Arthur served as a Board Member of AI. He was one of its founders and a partner in its forerunners Fox Institute, School of Health, and American Institute of Massage Therapy.

Arthur worked to speak on behalf of those that have legs and should run, wings and should fly and fins that should swim - those that cannot speak for themselves. He diligently supported the variety of efforts of HSUS nationally and HSI internationally.

Through this management company, Arthur and his team of senior management & marketing experts, advise and help manage investments in numerous companies. AEB Enterprises also acts as advisor to a number of mid-size companies & corporations in B2C marketing and management.

Arthur served as a Board Member of FAPSC & co-chaired its Legislative Committee.

Arthur served as a Board Member of CECU (formerly APSCU and prior to that CCA) and co-chaired a number of its committees.

Worked on this board, The Pasadena Pops Symphony, for over a decade: developing the organization, funding and hiring the current music director, Rachael Worby. Helped to grow it from a minor force in music to a national treasure.

Arthur provided leadership for the growth and development of this private postsecondary school company and grew it from 8 campuses in 3 states to 24 campuses in 5 states with more than 3000 employees and over 16000 students. The ATI schools and colleges offered 17 different career training programs affording graduates diplomas &/or two-year degrees. ATI specialized in technology programs (like Automotive and HVAC), allied health programs (like Respiratory Technology, Diagonostic Medical Technician and Medical Assisting) and wellness programs (like Massage Therapy, Spa Management and Personal FItness Trainer).In 2010 the coming was sold for approximately $475 million (a growth of more than 10x value under Arthur’s leadership), and ATI promoted Carli Strength, the long-time COO of the company to CEO, and Arthur moved from VIce Chair to Chair of the Board of Directors, on which he served until May 2011.

Worked directly with the Government of Indonesia and to stimulate entrepreneurship in Indonesia & participated as the US Guest Speaker at The GEPI Conference alongside U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

Arthur founded this ad agency and provided leadership until it's sale in 2010.

Arthur, and his late wife Gail, financed and helped lead this aquarium to its opening as The Gail L. Benjamin Living Planet Aquarium Experience. Arthur chaired its board through its expansion to a 36000 square foot facility in Sandy, Utah several years later. It was thereafter further expanded to over 100,000 sq.feet in Draper, UT through a donation of the Loveland Family. It is currently the 7th largest U.S. aquarium

Arthur led the building of this direct marketing agency from a $1 million company to the nation's largest student recruitment agency managing marketing for over 600 schools and colleges at the time it was sold. The company was sold 3x under Arthur’s leadership in 1998 to Focus Direct (San Antonio, TX), in 2000 to Leeds Equity Partners (NYC), and in 2003 for $72 million to eCollege (ECLG) (Chicago, IL). Arthur led the growth of the management team and the employee base from 17 to 400+.

Arthur chaired The Workforce Service Board and served on the Utah State Workforce Service Board. He led innovative cooperative solutions between counties throughout the state dramatically reducing unemployment.
