I am a sophomore at Chandler gilbert community college. I am currently close to finishing my associates with a track set to help me get my bachelors. I have had many jobs from working at a grocery store and a farm, to managing 40+ independent contractors, organizing pay and financial, scheduling and day to day operations. I currently work for a newer solar company running operations for a commercial and residential division. I hope to keep climbing up the ladder as I keep learning in my educational journey. I learn more and more through the educational system, but I do believe that it is important to get yourself out there and try to get as much experience in that field as possible. I believe their are a lot of ethical skills that are important to anyones work but I do believe for my line of work consistency, honesty and a hard work ethic is important. I work For a newer company so the work load is different than many other company's that already have a better foundation. I am very involved in setting up the new systems everyone will be working on and getting ready for the more intense day to day operational side of things that I will be doing in the future.
