In this global economy, companies seek to maximize profits. Three of the most important aspects of a company are its culture, services and people. I am a detail oriented and motivated individual with +10 years experience in developing eLearning activities and captivating course content that help people absorb the knowledge they need to help their company maximize profits in line with its vision. I created an eLearning called Assurant Sales Process. This project drove the process and importance of sales to all sales associates for the company. This eLearning was crucial to the company as it sets an expectation to all sales associates and helps drive the ROE or Return On Equity for the company. This eLearning was created utilizing Articulate Storyline and Photoshop for the US (English), Brazil (Portugues) and Latin America (Spanish).
