With an ability to adapt many disciplines, I have taken on various marketing roles throughout my career leveraging technology to enhance a product's strength in the market or take an idea and build it into a tangible product or service.As a Product Manager, my strengths lie in understanding people while building relationships and translating that into a great user experience. I take a creative and technical approach to building and designing while paying close attention to the finer details. When the going gets tough, I am relentlessly resourceful and not afraid to roll up my sleeves to push to the end with my team. To broaden my perspective in customer experience, I pursued a Service Advisory role where I wore many hats including Program Management and worked with a multitude of customers from every industry and all internal teams responsible for delivering that user experience step by step.
