I am a consultant of People Development with broad experience in career and professional development projects. Through these activities I aim to help good hearted and motivated people to experiment and build life and career projects with meaning and a strong sense of identity. This is my purpose :-)As a Career Coach and Career Advisor, I have more than 500 hours of work in one to one sessions and experience with both individual and group coaching.As a consultant, I have worked with Competence Mapping and Management and Training in diverse personal and professional development themes, such as Design Thinking, Assertive Communication, People Management and Facilitator Formation courses. Some of the clients in which I worked recently are BRF, Brazil’s National Industry Confederation (CNI) and several of its federations, in the states of MG, SP, RS and MT, and Ânima Education Group.
