Working under a NDA, was part of core project team, to sell off the Wholesale division. The division required higher inventories that generated lowered margins. All warehouses were sold to the largest distributor in the USA for $105M. Actively involved in weekly meetings with CEO, CFO, and VP of Merchandising, Marketing and Commercial. Review and approve all Purchase Volume Rebates and Cooperative Advertising programs. This reduces cost of sales. Ensure all credits are treated with high priority to minimize use of Monro’s cash by offsetting payments. Responsible for Budgeting and forecasting of Store Management Payroll and Bonuses for over 1,200 stores.
