The work has a strategic objective for the company to enter the Brazilian market.• Project to develop the Building Blocks calculation model for the Trade Marketing and Marketing areas of one of the main companies in the Brazilian food industry. Seeking to increase the accuracy of the company's planned demand, I was responsible for developing the calculation models that aim to reveal the possible gains in sales volume based on the actions of the company's Trade Marketing and Marketing areas.

Through a commercial and sales focus analysis on the company's main deals in Latin America, the project’s objective was to generate the best insights to support the client's strategic decisions, increasing the number of sales wins and the company’s market share in the region. To achieve the project's objective, our team had constant contact with the main external and internal stakeholders involved during the company's sales activity.• Distribution business model analysis project for one of the world's largest food industry companies. In contact with the company's sales representatives in Latin America and Europe, a diagnosis was made based on the maturity level of the commercial relationships present in the company's distribution model, with the objective of generating recommendations for optimizing the commercial activities involved in the distribution model.• Risk assessment project and an internal audit area planning for one of the largest Brazilian real estate and construction companies, assisting the company in its market relocation, in terms of risks, after the COVID-19 pandemic’s peak. The risk assessment execution was made in constant contact with the client's directors, advisory board, and audit committee.
