With more than 10 years' experience managing projects and teams in organizations of different sizes and sectors, I believe that it is the role of organizations, governments and individuals to contribute to building a fairer world. Thus, I work with the purpose of contributing to advance positive change.I began my career as a consultant for the third sector, accumulated experience in large multinationals and voluntary work, had a good period in a development agency and returned to consultancies with the intent to expand and qualify positive impact. Currently as a partner-consultant, project and sales manager at Move Social (São Paulo, Brazil), I work on planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes, contributing to organization strengthening and fostering evaluative culture among civil society organizations, positive impact businesses and organizations in the field of private social investment. As well as leading project teams, I am also responsible for sales, from planning to implementation and monitoring, including prospecting, designing, budgeting, negotiating and cultivating relationships with clients and prospects. Before that, I worked on consultancy, research, strategy and management projects at Sebrae Nacional (Brasilia), a Brazilian agency that supports Micro and Small Businesses, where I led projects and teams for Social and Environmental Impact Businesses and the Creative Economy. I was also general coordinator of a voluntary educational project in Cidade Estrutural (Brasilia) for over two years. With a postgraduate qualification in Social Innovation Management from the Amani Institute, I have a degree in Business Administration from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM-SP), and an interest in initiatives on a wide range of subjects, such as social innovation, human rights protection, inequalities reduction, impact investing, new economies, climate resilience, cooperation and agroecology.
