CNPEM is an open, multi-user and multidisciplinary center of reference. Its work spans activities directed at various actors in the National System for Science, Technology and Innovation (SNCTI).At CNPEM, I manage internal development projects and provide advice for Mechanical Technology Area of the Engineering Division. I prospect, contract and organize training activities for the Area, such as the course “Analysis and interpretation of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) according to ASME Y14.5-2018”, offered by the company 2iTec and the course “Load Cells and Extensometry”, offered by the company Strain Gage/Campinas. I participated in the 9th edition of the Future Scientists Project organized by CETENE, where I proposed a project and guided public school students and teachers in the development of a research activity in determining materials properties by mechanical tests. Still in education issues, which is one of CNPEM's axes of action, I guided undergraduate students in the 30th edition of Summer Scholarship Project, where morphological analyzes of oriented monocrystalline silicon (used in the manufacture of X-ray optics for Sirius) were carried out using various characterization techniques. I prepared proposals for the implementation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software for the Mechanical Technology Area, aiming at the complete management of the process involved in the life cycle of a product, optimization of workflows, improvement of the documentation process and traceability of project files, connection between different groups in the area, approvals chain, among other various advantages offered by the software. I continuously develop activities with students of the Bachelor of Science and Technology course at ILUM, proposing, organizing, and conducting training and research activities in the Technology Area.
Mechanical Project Manager For Industrial Automation

Researcher F - Petrobras Project - Research And Development Project Management
CCDM is a non-profit organization dedicated to Research, Development and Innovation projects.Managed a development project with Petrobras to evaluate a material removal process (gouging, previously prohibited by the company) to be used in pressure vessels manufacturing and maintenance processes in different stainless-steel alloys. The project lasted two years and was very successful, so that Petrobras was able to authorize the use of the process by the company in its internal regulatory standards, in accordance with procedures developed in this project. I was responsible for the executive planning of the project, I followed the execution of all the planned steps along with the general coordination; I carried out planning, hiring, monitoring and analysis of submerged arc welding activities, raw material analysis, gouging service, characterization of welded joints by chemical analysis and mechanical tests (tensile tests), microstructural characterizations and analysis of gammagraphy reports. I prepared all the technical-scientific reports requested by Petrobras, led technical meetings, hired and guided the execution team (3 undergraduate interns, 2 master's students), carried out the prospecting and contracting of execution and logistics service providers, purchases of consumables, inputs and permanent materials foreseen in the project. I performed all resource management, preparation of financial reformulations and accountability to Petrobras through the company's own management platform.
Phd Level Researcher
In this research, two titanium alloys of different compositions (used in orthopedic implants) were studied through physical simulation tests and microstructural characterization.I carried out the physical simulation tests at CNPEM/Campinas and for that, I prepared and submitted a proposal to LNNano, responsible for the equipment at the time. I planned and executed all tests performed on a Gleeble 3800 equipment. For the microstructural characterizations, I operated analysis equipment in SEM/EDS, EBSD, Confocal Laser Microscopy, prepared samples for transmission electron microscopy and crystalline orientation mapping (ASTAR).I performed several X-ray diffractometry analyzes to identify phase transformation, twinning mechanisms and crystalline texturing. From this work, both alloys were modeled by different models of constitutive equations, as well as the microstructural evolution was evaluated and discussed.
Teacher
IFSP is a multi-campus institution, specialized in providing scientific, technological and professional education in different teaching modalities, basic, higher and postgraduate.I taught the following subjects in the higher course of Technology in Aircraft Maintenance:- Aircraft Structures (Solid Mechanics, Strength of Materials);- Technical Design of Aircraft - Autodesk Inventor software;- Forming and Welding Processes (practical and theoretical classes);- Metrology and Mechanical Manufacturing (practical and theoretical classes);I created several contents for distance learning platform AVA Moodle in videos and handouts formats.
Associate Researcher
CCDM is a non-profit organization dedicated to Research, Development and Innovation projects.- I was the main executor in a research project developed for the company FIBRIA cellulose to develop a new road implement design for transporting wood in high-strength steel. In the project, I performed dynamic stress analysis in CAE software, using the NBR 8800 standard as a design criterion. The project was successful, resulting in a utility model patent filing. We achieved a reduction in structural weight and an increase in the volume available for loading. After manufacturing the proposed design, I specified and analyzed results of services for inspection of chassis welds by means of gammagraphy and ultrasonography. In order to validate the numerical analysis, I specified, contracted and evaluated the results of strain gauges to verify stress variations during equipment operation on paved roads and on land. I prepared all the technical documentation of the project - reports and accountability.- Led the implementation of a new division of laboratories for testing filter elements, since project planning and design, to contracting infrastructure construction services, purchasing equipment, preparing documentation for the quality management system, auditing for accreditation with INMETRO and rendering of accounts. The work included laboratory design according to ISO/IEC 17025 for accreditation of NBR 14908, 15176 and 16098 standards - preparation of test scheme, work instructions, quality management documentation for accreditation, contracting of RBC calibration services and analysis of reports and issuance of test reports.- Provided consultancy to several segments of the metal-mechanic industry in the area of structural calculations and equipment design; I participated in several works of the research group in which I performed stress analysis, preparing technical-scientific articles in partnership with the main researcher.
