Initiated and leading a new fund (Project Development Equity) within Mezzanine & Equity Partners. We provide equity and/or mezzanine debt to support experienced real estate developers on specific (inner-city) residential projects in the Netherlands.

Team leader of the Execution & Portfolio Management team (8 fte's). Responsible for the execution of approximately 30 transactions per year (EUR 500m) and managing of a portfolio of approximately 60 loans (EUR 1.3bn). Wide range of loans: land positions, project development, construction companies, investment portfolios and hotels. After 8 years of restructuring in particular, the last 3 years have been characterized by strong but controlled growth. This growth concerns both the business side and the organizational side. In addition, since the summer of 2016, I have initiated and co-lead a project focusing on optimizing and implementing (bank wide) processes and IT application (cloud based, Salesforce / nCino), with the vision of the future (corporate banking 2.0). The first phase of the application is currently in the final test phase and ready for training and implementation.Recently I started an initiative to set up a new project equity fund for development projects.

Initiate and manage projects for Siemens. One Siemens is a cross divisional department within Siemens. Projects included several infrastructure, healthcare projects and the Olympic Games Bejing 2008.
