Main role: The main role performed in this position is to guarantee the efficacy and the quality of the software products delivered to ANAC by participating in all of the phases and events of the software development process.Realizations: With a extremely tied schedule, i was one of the responsibles for migrating all ANAC applications from an IBM/Mapper plataform to a Web based plataform in ASP. Also, i was co-responsible for the framework definition and development used on new applications. Main role: The main activity performed was to coordinate a team of requirement analysts and software development, and participate in tasks and decisions related to the technology, methodology, requirements and mainly in the software development process.Achievements: With a complete lack of information, i implanted the SICAU application (Integrated Actions Control System) developed by DATAPREV. I started deploying together to SERPRO, the company responsible for maintaining the system in production. This system became the major organ system and after it´s deployment, he suffered numerous improvements, reaching a team of 7 analysts / developers, 1 DBA and 1 AD under my coordination.Summary of Activities: • Leader of a group of 8 analysts and developers and responsible for SICAU (Integrated Control Actions Union). • Engineering and sotware development cycle using a customized process based on RUP / UML. • Maintenance and development of 3 layers web based systems.
