FounderCio Codex Jul 2023 - PresentSão Paulo, São Paulo, BrStemming from the need to organize ideas within the IT universe and utilizing an experienced and innovative perspective developed over many years in the market, I created the CIO Codex with the purpose of assisting professionals and companies in obtaining a broader and organized view of the main concepts related to an IT area.Considering how beneficial it would be for professionals worldwide to avoid obstacles in their paths if they had access to a compendium of information, I decided to create a framework that aims to provide a 360° view of an IT Area within the new digital reality, all complemented with articles, courses, and events, in a collective idea building approach.Three pillars guided the construction of this framework and organized its structure: - "Why" answering the question "why is the IT area essential in a world becoming more digital every day. - "How" addresses how a Technology Area can be successful, starting from an agenda of main IT themes. - "What" is intended to understand what is expected of an IT Area ready for the future.The CIO Codex Framework was structured and elaborated from a viewpoint that considers five foundational principles: 1) - It was organized from an "Aristotelian thinking," and in that sense, it identifies the necessity and recognizes the value in categorizing and grouping ideas and concepts within a MECE. 2) - It reinforces the value of diverse frameworks in the market, seeking inspiration in various concepts, including referencing points of convergence. 3) - It accepts the impracticability of a material being broad and comprehensive while simultaneously seeking to be profound and detailed on each of the themes addressed. 4) -It is underpinned by a set of values and beliefs, which support much of what has been written. 5) - It celebrates and promotes the collective construction of ideas and the importance of leaving something better for the next person than what was received. -
