Extensive management experience with luxury Condominium and Cooperative Associations, Townhouse Developments, Homeowner Associations, and PUDs ranging from small scale to large scale communities.Extensive experience in assisting Associations through management recovery plans, forensic studies, financial planning, re-origination, sponsor transition, capital / repair renovation programs (exterior facade restorations, roofing, siding, parking deck restorations, window replacement projects, mechanical restorations and replacements, elevator modernizations, redecorating projects, etc.) site evaluations, long term planning, marketing strategies, union labor negotiations, facilities management, security, and community sponsored functions for the education and benefit of it’s members.
