CurrentSet strategies and execute external communication plans and initiatives that support the agency's work, mission and goals.Responsible for events management, development, execution and follow-up for existing and new agency events consistent with the agency mission.Provide committee and staff support to ensure that all arrangements for event planning are coordinated to include location, arrangements, program book, patron solicitation and corporate sponsors.Assist in development and maintenance of agency website, e-newsletters, social media and social media networking outlets.Assist in coordinating all marketing materials and publications including agency newsletter, brochures, flyers, posters, and other materials required to communicate to the public.Work with administrative staff to implement donor management system.Provide follow-up and support in donor/ volunteer solicitations.Research and develop appropriate funding opportunities in consultation with the Executive Director.
