Taking the learnings from building Constructor.io from 0 to 8-figure ARR and mid-6 figure ACV to help startups find product-market fit, master the GTM motion and scale teams.

After almost 6 years at Constructor, I left to take a break. Traveled all over the US West, Canada and Alaska, did a bunch of backcountry skiing and alpine climbing. Also picked up flying, paragliding and a few other hobbies :)

I joined as first employee and played a foundational role at Constructor as the company grew to 80 employees and 8-figure ARR over the course of my tenure. I contributed across sales, product and marketing, coming to focus on building the product and product organization as the company matured. We built out an awesome product that continues to serve billions of requests for companies like Sephora, Bonobos, Backcountry and Lego. I miss the incredible teammates, but continue to root for the team as their growth has continued!

I owned all facets of product and engineering management and delivered a few projects in the time:* Introduced new buying advice product that generated 30% year-over-year traffic growth, despite secular market declines.* Led product development for retail partner integrations that grew revenue from retail partners by 500%.* Engaged in SEO campaign and content development efforts to drive 60% year-over-year search traffic growth.

Managed a team to perform analyses on client assets of US $86 billion across university endowments, non-profits and pensions.

Responsible to oversee investments for international endowment clients representing US $23 billion assets under advisement.

Backstopped CFO by providing financial analysis and deal support for sell-side investment banking advisory.
