I provide customer support and ensure clear communication, playing an important role in the success and satisfaction of our global partners.I have a background in marketing and copywriting, where I've developed my skills in content creation, social media management, and brainstorming creative ideas. During my time as a Marketing Intern, I wrote engaging captions, developed content, and edited videos for social media. In my role as a Copywriter Intern, I contributed articles for an agency blog and worked with different teams to create effective communication strategies.Holding a degree in Marketing has helped shape my understanding of digital marketing, customer success, and content strategy.I’m proficient in using a range of tools, including Microsoft Office, Asana, Salesforce, Zendesk, Power BI, Notion, Slack, WordPress, SAP, Google Apps, Canva, mLabs, and CapCut.I’m also comfortable working in English, thanks to my experience in international environments.
