Arthur was recently quoted in a Bloomberg BNA article on a personal jurisdiction decision.Arthur represented an Italian company in a 337 proceeding and companion USDC action. He traveled to Beijing to evaluate a contract dispute for a US company. For a corporate client, he pierced the corporate veil before a federal jury, preserved the victory on appeal, and recovered in bankruptcy court. He has achieved excellent results defending insurers, pursuing recalcitrant gov't agencies in FOIA actions, evaluating potential litigation, and charting strategic courses from the soup of complaint through the main course of trial practice to the dessert of appeal.AV Preeminent.
