What is strengths based consulting?Where most consultants focus on correcting problems or deficiencies, my practice is built around the proposition that while organizations can get better at what they do poorly, they will never be world class doing things they don't naturally do well. Instead, organizations can see huge improvements if they spend more of their time and resources focusing on what they already do well. As Peter Drucker said, "The effective executive builds on strengths -- their own strengths, the strengths of superiors, colleagues, subordinates; and on the strengths of the situation."
